NOT RECOMMENDED! Not because they did a bad job, or were rude, or because they made mistakes. This company gets 1 star because they did NO JOB. We had them do an inspection last June and take measurements for a chimney cap, improvements to our dryer vent, and water heater vent. They NEVER got back with us. After calling several times and being told "the estimate lady will call us back" we simply never heard from them. I'm very disappointed since we've already paid them $100 for inspection. Wish there were a way I could get that back. DO NOT CALL THEM. DO NOT EXPECT TIMELY SERVICE (IF YOU GET SERVICE AT ALL) Go with another company that actually wants your business.
