When washer and dryer installed they pinched off the dryer hose and it burnt up the heating element. It wasn't ever fixed. I was lied to about the time of coverage my washer and dryer was under so when the washer broke shortly after it wasn't covered. Constant rudeness and harassment if even a day late (happened once or twice do to 1 year old daughter being hospitalized because of heart defect) multiple calls a day and rudeness demanded payment Regina was nice more willingness to work with you the the other lady but she was bad and multiple calls a day. Wouldn't recommend bought 3 items from them and the other lady's "misinformation and terrible manners" has made it a terrible experience.
My husband and I have been a customer from American rental for about 6 years now we have had a wonderful exprience the ladies are really nice the guys that deliver are as nice as could be and there is time we can't pay and they will let us make a 1/2 payment they are very respectful
Had to rent from the Paoli store because the Salem store had been flooded. The delivery guys are wonderful but the manager or accounts woman is horrible, she will lie to your face. We always pay on Friday s or Saturday my husband got out of work late one Fri so we didn't get there to pay and Saturday morning the delivery guys were at my door . She tried to say we were a week behind. She's a flat out idiot. My husband worked for American Rental for 5 yrs. and she will tell us stuff that we know is a lie so I can't imagine what she tells people who DON'T know the truth. We will NEVER rent from the Paoli store EVER again.
