They saved me! I was staying in West Baden Springs and was about to pull out of the parking lot, to find my tire was flat. A very visible screw was sticking out. I used my car's fix a flat system that it comes with, and wen to the nearest tire place. They did a terrible job and my tire was way out of balance. I had to stop at the next place, which was Kemple's. They showed me what the problem was. They never cleaned out any of the fix a flat gunk, so the tire never could have been balanced.
They do not call you with the estimate first as they agreed to do when you first bring in your car. When you do call them and ask for the estimate they say we already ordered parts. Then I asked for the estimate and they tell me but when you go to get your car their bill is double what they finally told you. I had to complain to get them to reduce the bill. They have very poor customer service. Never go there!!!!!!!!
Overpriced... 12.00 for a simple plug
They took care of it right away and got me on my 200+ mile trek home.
